Auscultation Training

Includes Auscultation Board with Case, Smartscope™, and remote control. Using the same technology as the Auscultation Trainer, the Auscultation Board will cause the Smartscope to emit various sounds dependent on the location of the stethoscope.

The Complete Auscultation System includes an Auscultation Trainer with Smartscope™ (AB-2700), an Auscultation Board with Case (AB-2720), a remote control, and an amplifier/speaker system. Coupled with the Auscultation Trainer and Smartscope, the Auscultation Board guides students through the transition from anatomical drawings to a three-dimensional torso. Using the same technology as the Auscultation Trainer, the Auscultation Board will cause the Smartscope to emit various sounds dependent on the location of the stethoscope.

Lung sounds include normal, wheeze, mono wheeze, fine crackle, coarse crackle, rhonchi crackle, stridor, cavernous, bronchial, pulmonary edema, friction rub, egophony, and pectoriloquy.

Heart sounds include normal, aortic regurgitation, mitral stenosis, pulmonary stenosis, holosystolic, midsystolic, S3 gallup, S4 gallup, systolic click, atrial septic defect, PDA, and VSD.
