Simulates a non-anesthetized patient for teaching intubation, ventilation, and suction.
Intubation: Esophageal, bronchial, oro- and naso-tracheal, and oro and naso-pharyngeal. Full-range head motion. Entire realistic airway anatomy. Tube placement can be checked by visual inspection of lung expansion during ventilation, auscultation of breath sounds, or bronchoscopic evaluation of tip position.
Ventilation: Allows practice in correctly establishing an open airway. Manual or mouth-to-mask resuscitators can be used.
Foreign Body Removal: Oropharyngeal and tracheal suctioning.
